- FIXED GLASS PANEL SHALL BE CLEAR LOW-IRON HEAT-STRENGTHEN GLASS (LIGHT TRANSMITTANCE > 91.5%)
- PRE-MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
- SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER’S ACCEPTANCE.
- SUBMIT SAMPLES OF ALL IRONMONGERY, HARDWARE AND FINISHING MATERIALS FOR PROJECT MANAGER’S ACCEPTANCE
- ALL FIRE-RATED DOORS (INCL. FRAMES) SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH F.O.C. RULES AND SUBMIT THE RESPECTIVE FIRE CERTIFICATE FOR PROJECT MANAGER’S ACCEPTANCE.
- CONFIRMS ALL DETAILS, REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN COMPLIANCE OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THE ENGINEER’S REQUIREMENT, LOADING CAPACITY REQUIREMENT AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENT.
- IRONMONGERY:
- COORDINATE WITH F.R.R. DOOR AND IRONMONGERY SUPPLIERS FOR COMPATIBILITY
- FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF IRONMONGERY AND DOOR ACCESSORIES, REFER TO DOOR SCHEDULE, IRONMONGERY SCHEDULE AND IRONMONGERY SET SCHEDULE.
- ALL IRONMONGERIES USED FOR THE SAME DOOR SHALL HAVE THE SAME FINISHES.
